Mr. Darcy is a senior executive with global experience managing in performing and non-performing Fortune 100 environments and in building start-up companies.  Mr. Darcy has broad experience in industries driven by technology, marketing, and manufacturing.

 

John Darcy was a group General Manager and Corporate Vice President at Carnation/Nestle; a company among the largest consumer goods manufacturers and marketers globally.  Mr. Darcy was responsible for three operating divisions representing $1.8 billion in annual revenue, including eight manufacturing facilities.

Earlier, Mr. Darcy was the chief marketing officer of Pillsbury's grocery product businesses.  Product lines within his domain included nutraceuticals and brand name retail products such as Coffee Mate, Carnation, and Pillsbury Bake Mix, Green Giant, and others.  Mr. Darcy grew revenue and increased profitability by identifying new market opportunities and rapidly commercializing new products to establish preemptive positions.  Later, as President and Chief Operating Officer of Avis Enterprises, Mr. Darcy re-engineered the company's diverse operating units (automotive, sporting goods, electronics, and commercial real estate) through consolidation, re-capitalization and rationalization.
