Mr. Lorenz is a successful senior executive with international experience in identifying and managing developing corporations, and providing financing for such ventures.  Mr. Lorenz is the co-founder of H2O Technologies, Ltd. with Sherwood Trulson.  He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of H2O Technologies for approximately seven years and is currently a Director of the company.  During his tenure, he successfully managed, financed, tested, and patented H2O's proprietary technology.

Mr. Lorenz was the founder of Environmental Waste of America (EWA).  He served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company.  During his tenure, he guided EWA's successful acquisition of solid waste collection companies, as well as its subsequent merger with Envirofil, Inc, a public company which is now part of Waste Management, Inc., traded on The New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. Lorenz has served as a guest lecturer at various universities and has published articles on diachronic research methods.  He is an author and editor of the book, Political Image Merchants.  Mr. Lorenz holds a master's degree from the University of Chicago.
